• 1 photo = $50
• 2-4 photos = $35 each
• 5-9 photos = $25 each
• 10-29 photos = $22 each
• 30-49 photos = $20 each
• 50-99 photos = $17 each
• 100-499 photos = $15 each
• 500+ photos = $12 each

1. A 50% deposit is required to start any project at our basic rates. The final balance will be due when we're ready to return your products and unwatermarked, high resolution photos.
   • We welcome PayPal payments, and credit card payments. Credit cards are processed through PayPal and we can put a custom payment button online for you to use when paying via Credit Card.

2. Standard prices are valid on white background shots only. No still life, specialty or color backgrounds, no photo props, no models.

3. Clipping paths are NOT included.

4. Touch ups, color correction and misc minor editing included at no additional charge.

5. Projects with 100 or less photos are completed within 5-7 business days of receiving shipment. Larger projects will vary based on size, and smaller projects will be finished faster.

6. Clients pay shipping and handling for delivery and return.
   • You may include a pre-filled return shipping label in your delivery package, or simply provide your preferred return billing instructions when ordering.

7. All copyrights remain with the photographer.

8. Clients get royalty free use license.
   • The photos will be yours to use as many times as you'd like, in as many advertising and marketing mediums as you'd like. There will be no additional charges for these rights (Royalty Free). You will not be allowed to sell those photos for profit to stock agencies however, or claim copyright on them.

9. Delivery by CD with product returns, plus via zip file download if desired.
   • Your final photos will be high resolution, print quality digital JPG files. The actual pixel size is 2592x3872, or 10 MegaPixels. Please note that sometimes minor cropping is needed during the photo touchup phase, so some of the final versions might be slightly smaller.
     
   • If you'd like smaller web-ready copies of each photo, please request those when ordering and we'll include them at no additional charge.

12. Discounts are available for barter and trade. Please inquire first as I do not accept all barter/trade offers.

13. Your satisfaction is 100% guaranteed.
    • If you are not happy with the photos when viewing your proofs, we will happily reshoot them for you at no additional charge. If at that time are you still unhappy with the results, we will provide an in depth telephone consultation to see if we can make corrections that will meet your needs. If at that time we are unable to provide photos which you are completely satisfied with, we will refund your deposit and return your products without any photos.
